Beyond the lab

Photography

Fieldwork takes me to remarkable places — the camera comes along. A few frames from the road.

I'm a soil physicist by trade and a photography enthusiast the rest of the time. Between field campaigns and conferences I try to keep a camera handy — for landscapes, wildlife, and the occasional soil profile too good to leave un-photographed. A small, rotating selection lives here.
